Shipping Policy

1. Delivery time
We will complete the order processing and arrange delivery within 5-7 working days after you place the order.
Working days refer to Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and EU statutory holidays).
In case of special circumstances (such as insufficient stock), we will inform you of the estimated delay time by email or SMS.

2. Shipping method and time efficiency
Your order will be delivered via international standard logistics, and the estimated shipping time is 20-40 days (depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed).

3. Shipping Fees
International Shipping (Non-EU Countries): Shipping fees are calculated in real time based on the destination (displayed at checkout).

4. Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics order number and tracking link.

5. Customs and Taxes
The recipient is responsible for the import duties/VAT (the specific amount is determined by the local customs).

6. Handling of delayed or lost packages
If the package has not been delivered for more than 40 days, please contact us for verification.
If it is confirmed to be lost, we will resend it free of charge or refund the full amount (depending on your choice).
